These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Token Station — a unified API gateway that routes requests to third-party artificial-intelligence models — together with the related websites, dashboards, and APIs (collectively, the "Service") operated by ByteFuture AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Token Station provides a single, OpenAI-compatible API and account through which you can send requests to models hosted by third-party providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others). We forward your requests to the provider you select, return the response, and meter usage. We do not create the underlying models and we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party model.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
API keys authenticate requests to the Service and are secret. You are responsible for safeguarding your keys and for all usage and charges incurred with them. We may rotate, suspend, or revoke a key that we reasonably believe has been compromised or misused.

When you call a model, your request is transmitted to the corresponding upstream provider and is subject to that provider's terms and usage policies in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for complying with the policies of any provider whose models you use. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, content, or policies of third-party providers.
Usage is metered and billed according to the rates published in your account, computed from each upstream provider's own usage report. Amounts are denominated in microdollars (1 microdollar = $0.000001). Depending on your plan, usage draws down a prepaid balance or a quota. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices prospectively; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
"Input" means the prompts and data you submit; "Output" means the responses returned to you. As between you and us, you retain your rights in your Input and, to the extent permitted by the relevant provider, in your Output. You are responsible for your Input and Output and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit your Input. You grant us the limited right to process and transmit your Input and Output as needed to operate, secure, and bill the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
THE SERVICE AND ALL MODEL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive output; you are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Input, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party provider's policies.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if a provider requires it. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7–11) will survive.
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
